Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By installing or using MSH Studio plugins or this website you agree to these terms.
2. License
- A subscription grants one named user a non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial license to use all MSH Studio plugins for the paid period.
- Two license types are available: a Cloud Zoo license, which can be shuffled between users on your account, and an offline machine-locked license.
- Plugins require Rhino 8 for Windows, which you must license separately from Robert McNeel & Associates.
3. Restrictions
You may not copy, redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, decompile, bypass licensing or share license keys. Misuse may lead to license revocation without refund.
4. Trial
A free 15-day trial is available, verified by Rhino serial number. Trials are for evaluation only and may be refused if abuse is suspected.
5. Payment and renewal
Subscriptions are quarterly, half-yearly or annual, billed in INR by email invoice, bank transfer or UPI. Access ends when the paid period ends unless renewed.
6. Updates and support
Updates during your active subscription are included. Support is by email, with replies within 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat).
7. Warranty disclaimer
Plugins are provided “as is”. Always verify geometry, stone counts and metal weights before production or casting. We are not liable for production losses arising from unverified output.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period.
9. Intellectual property
All software, content and branding remain the property of MSH 3D Studio. Rhino and Rhino Compute are trademarks of their respective owners.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
